How it works
1. Send photos of what's left. The rack, a few labels, a rough count.
2. We tell you what fits within 24 hours. We take designer and well-made pieces only, so you're not packing boxes for us to sort.
3. We send prepaid labels. You or the family ship. For large lots near Milwaukee, ask about pickup.
4. Your client gets an itemized receipt. Every piece listed, issued by a 501(c)(3), in the owner's name.
Why partners use us
It clears the house without another trip to the donation center, it gives the family a receipt they didn't expect, and it gives you a better answer when a client asks where their mother's coats went. Suits go to people heading into job interviews. Gowns and formal wear go to charity events and community honorees.
Before the haul-away weighs it
What doesn't sell usually leaves in a haul-away or goes into a bin, and from there it's baled and sold by the pound. The scale doesn't know the difference between a Max Mara coat and a worn-out T-shirt. That's fine for everyday clothes. It isn't fine for the pieces your client's family would want treated with some care.
We do it differently. We take the pieces that deserve better, one at a time. Each one is listed by name on your receipt, cared for, and put back to work being worn: lent to someone heading into a job interview, to an honoree on their big night, or rented for a charity event. We try to preserve the integrity of the clothes and of the people who wore them.

Designer and contemporary designer labels, fur and shearling, wool and cashmere coats, evening and cocktail dresses, suits and blazers, designer handbags, fine shoes, vintage in good condition.
Please take these elsewhere
Everyday basics, fast fashion, and anything stained, torn, or worn thin. A local thrift store is the right home for those, and we'd rather say so up front than take clothes we can't use.
Questions people ask
Who gets the donation receipt?
Whoever owns the clothes, which is usually your client or the estate. The receipt is itemized, so it's something useful you can hand the family at the end of the job.
Is there any cost to us?
No. We send prepaid shipping labels. We also don't buy clothing; we're a nonprofit and everything we take is donated.
What if most of what's left is everyday clothing?
Then most of it should go where it goes now. We only want the designer and well-made pieces, and we'll tell you which those are from a few photos.
Can you pick up?
For large lots in the Milwaukee area, sometimes. Everywhere else we ship with prepaid labels. Send photos and a rough count and we'll work out the easiest route.
